I can't believe it's been almost 6 months since I last posted. Things have been pretty crazy with my 2 little ones. I feel like we're finally getting in to a groove now. Buddy will be 2 this month and now I may finally be able to get back to blogging. I'm still not done with my Project Life 2010 Album but I just have about 2 months of journaling to do. I have the pics for 2011 printed but I haven't even taken the album out of the box yet. Gotta finish 2010 first! Soon I will have free time...at least that's what I keep telling myself.

I took some pics of the kids on the porch. Still trying to practice shooting in manual.

With these pics, I was practicing shooting in low light.
I love Buddy's expressions and his teeth are so cute! I'm also using this pic for The Happiness Project because Buddy's cute smile makes me happy!

One morning, before we had to get going, the kids played together in Birdy's room. I know it's not the best picture, but it's every day life.

Oh Shoot! Aperture

The basic idea:
Open aperture: The wider your aperture (lower f-stop), the more light you let in. Also, the depth of field increases. That's what gives some photos that blurred effect in the background or forefront (called bokeh). Using this technique is good for a portrait, especially if you don't want the stuff in the background to really show clearly.
Closed aperture: A smaller aperture (higher f-stop), lets less light in but leaves more of the picture crisp. Better for landscape or group shots.

Open aperture:
Buddy & Daddy are in focus. The back of the house and even the grass is blurred. I like this because I want the focus to be on Daddy's arms reaching out to Buddy.

Closed aperture:

Buddy & the lattice are all in focus, even the back of the house behind him.

Project Life Tuesday: Week 38

Monday, my neice turned 18. I still can't believe it. And when I looked at the picture of Birdy (who was sitting on my neice's lap), I realized that some day she's going to turn 18, too. I am so not ready for that!

All the cousins on both sides of the families.

Birdy had a great time at the birthday party.

Tuesday, we took a walk to a park and to MiMi's house. Buddy had lots of fun on the big slide.

He laughed every time he came down, even when he flipped over on his side.

Birdy enjoyed showing Buddy how to go down the slide.

Aaron helped Birdy climb up this thing and it became her favorite thing to do.

Before we left, Birdy collected some rocks to take home.

I'm taking a photography class and I'm learning so much. I am so excited about the results I'm getting. The first 3 photos, from the party, were all shot without flash. I never would have been able to do that before this class. I'm loving it!

Oh Shoot! Shutter Speed

I'm taking a photography class online from JessicaSprague.com, and I'm learning so much! I decided to post my assignment photos so I can look back and see where I've grown and so others can maybe learn a little but about photography.
Our first lesson was about shutter speed. Here's the basic idea: For action that you want to capture quickly, use a higher shutter speed. To show movement, use a slower shutter speed.
From looking at the pictures, you can see a slight difference in the amount of light. The slower the shutter speed, the more light is let in. A faster shutter speed will have less time for light to get in.

Fast Shutter Speed:
Notice the ball is sharp even though it's moving.

Slow Shutter Speed:
The ball is blurred because it's moving. But so are her hands. This is not the best example of why you'd want a slower shutter speed to show action, but it's what I turned in for my lesson.

We had an "Eclipse" party before going to see the movie at midnight. We had Twilight themed food and watched "Twilight." We started "New Moon," but had to finish it in the theatre on my laptop. We had so much fun, but I forgot to take picture of people!

I took this picture of Birdy for the Photo Hunt Challenge. I love that her baby is covered up. She told me her to whisper because her baby was sleeping.

My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. We went to dinner and then hung out at my house for cake and icecream. My parents enjoyed celebrating with their children and of course, their greatgrandchildren.

Trying to get a picture with all the grandkids looking at the same time is hard. Getting my 1 year old to sit still for a picture is even harder.

I'm really trying to learn how to take better pics using manual settings, and this lens is going to help. I can't wait to play around with it. Now, if I could just find time to go shopping.

Buddy had his dedication ceremony at church on Sunday night. My dad dedicated him and we had all the family there, too. He did really well and never cried or fussed. Of course, it helps that he loves being with his Pop-Pop.

This week has been all about potty training Birdy. She has made major progress!

I'm still too leary to put undies at night, but that has a lot to do with me not wanting to get up and change sheets. :) She's ran out of spots on her potty chart but still wants to put stickers when she goes so, she just gets a sticker for herself. When she's done pulling her pants up, she says, "Now sticker."

These are Birdy's cute little undies. Of course, the Dora ones are her faves.

Buddy got his first pair of Vans. They look so cute on him! Took him a while to get used to wearing them, but once he got it, he was walking all over.

I began reading the Twilight saga books by Stephenie Meyer before the first movie ever came out, thanks to my niece. It was late 2007, and I was very pregnant. My niece told me she read a book called Twilight and I would probably like it. She lent me the book. I read it in a couple of days. I immediately bought the next book, New Moon. And of course, Eclipse followed. And to make my set complete, I bought the hardcover Twilight. I went to Barnes & Noble for the midnight release of Breaking Dawn. Yes, I was a fanatic, obsessed with Edward. And yes, I was one of the oldest fans in line for my book that I couldn't buy at a decent time of day because I was so anxious to see how it all ended. I won't go into my thoughts on the book since I realize some of you may not know the story until you watch the movie. I later found out that I was not the only fan over the age of 17. There's even a fan site called TwilightMOMS.com.
Moving along...
When the movie came out, I saw it opening day with my niece, her friend, my nephew, and my husband. We didn't go to the midnight showing because my niece had a test the next day. There was a huge line for the 7:00 showing. My niece and I wore our Edward t-shirts and it was obvious we were going to watch the movie with some obsessed fans! When the movie started, there was so much cheering in the audience. And the first time Edward appeared, clapping and cheering. Oh, and the scene where he's walking with Bella wearing his sunglasses...swooning across the theatre. My husband and nephew kept saying, "what's the big deal?" I decided then that I would never sit between them in a Twilight movie again, lol.
I saw New Moon openning day (not midnight) with my niece, her friend, and my husband. This time there were even more crazy fans...and lots were moms. My favorite shirt was a husband's shirt that read "I'm her Edward". I so want that shirt for my husband!!
On June 30th, the 3rd movie of the Twilight Saga, "Eclipse", is coming out in theatres. I'm very excited. I had really hoped to see it at the midnight showing now that it's summer and my niece doesn't have to worry about school. However, I found out too late that tickets had already gone on sale. All 3 midnight showings were already sold out by the time I checked. Hopefully, they will open a showing after that (like 2am). My husband said he won't go with me to that one. Something about getting up for work the next day. So I may have to wait til opening day again. Either way, I am anxious. For each movie, I've set a goal to re-read the book before seeing the movie. I didn't do that until now. I'm re-reading Eclipse and so glad. After reading all four books and watching the two movies, the story all ran together in my mind. I couldn't remember the details of Eclipse. I am loving it, again. And now to add more to the reading list, Stephenie Meyer is releasing a short story about one of the characters in Eclipse that will be more of a focus in the movie. The novella is called The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner. It is being released today. In a couple of days, it will be available to read online for free. But I'm sure the hardcover will look nice with the rest of my set. I don't usually get to read 'til late at night when everyone is asleep, but that's when I can get lost in the world of Bella and Edward and Jacob...and I love it!

Project Life Tuesday: Week 18

Last week, Lil' Papa (my father-in-law) came to visit for Buddy's 1st birthday. Before he left on Monday, we took him out to eat with the kids and snapped a few pics. We had a great visit!

I took pictures of our church staff for our new website. I took this one while I was waiting for my dad to smile, and I love the way it came out!

She's been taking care of Buddy since he was 2 months old!

We went to the Farmer's Market on Saturday. I let Birdy pick out some fruit & veggies. Delicious!

On Saturdays, we go to a mommy & me dance class. Birdy has really enjoyed it. One thing they learn is to stand (or sit) on their "pink line." Birdy has gotten really good at listening to the teacher's directions. And she's learned how to do a ballerina turn on her tippi toes. I love the way her cute little feet look!

Project Life Tuesday: Week 17

Last week, we took some teenagers from Solid Rock Youth to see Hillsong United in concert in San Antonio. The concert was awesome! And the kids had fun in the van, of course. Road trips with the youth group are always great!

Buddy turned 1 on Friday. He suddenly went from my tiny baby to my little boy. This past year went too fast!

After a little coaching to let him know it was okay, Buddy got into his cupcake!

This is Buddy with his friend who will be 1 soon, too. They're gonna pals for sure!

Buddy loved being the center of attention! When he gets excited, he lifts his hands above his head. Every time he did that, everyone would clap and cheer. So of course, he kept doing it over and over. So cute. He also stood on his own for a good while, but we didn't catch that picture.

Birdy loves to play with my jewelry. I wish I had taken these pics with her wearing a really cute vintage dress. But we were just hangin' around the house, so she was in some old play clothes. Oh well, it shows a true typical day for us.

Buddy has just started eating table food on a daily basis. We picked up McDonald's hot cakes for Birdy. I gave Buddy some and HE LOVED 'EM!

Saturday mornings are perfect for hanging out in our PJs, eating pancakes, and letting our hair go wild.

In 2003 & 2004, we led missions trips to England. Our friend Doreen, who lives in England, came to visit.

Thursday Thoughts on Saturday: I meant to write this on Thursday, but I never had a chance. So, here goes.

When I was a kid, like most kids, I changed my mind plenty of times about what I wanted to be when I grow up. I first wanted to be a preacher (my dad is a pastor, what can I say?). I would record myself on a tape recorder and that was my radio program. I would preach to my stuffed animals on the front porch. As I got older, I had some great teachers and decided I wanted to be a teacher. Later, I wanted to be a doctor because they make a lot of money. In middle school, we did this cool project where we partnerd with someone in class and figured out what our kid would look like based on our genes. My teacher put me with the cutest guy I knew, my crush! I decided I wanted to be a geneticist, ha. Then, I wanted to be a lawyer because they make good money and my dad said I would make a good one since I always argued with him. In high school, I thought maybe I would study film and be a director. My mind was set on that until I had a trip to the ER to get stitches. I went back to wanting to be a doctor. My senior year, I took Anatomy as my science class. I got to disect a sheep's heart and loved it so much, I decided I wanted to be a pediatric cardiologist. I was accepted to Oral Roberts University and declared my major as Pre-Med: Biomedical Chemistry. I don't know what the heck I was thinking. Science had always been one of my toughest classes to do well in because I didn't enjoy it (other than Anatomy and parts of biology). I stuck it through for 3 semesters. I then realized there was no way I could make it through all 4 years and med school with such a disdain for science classes. I wasn't passionate about science. So what did I change my major to? Science Education. I know, right? Rediculous, but I didn't want to waste all my science credits that I worked so hard for, and I knew I would enjoy teaching. As much as I enjoyed my practicum at Jenks High School, I still hated science. I decided I'd just have to leave all those science classes as extra credits I didn't need. I changed my major to Business Management. I loved it! I had finally found something I could be passionate about doing. After graduating, I still couldn't kick that teacher bug. I enrolled in a Masters & Certification program to earn a masters degree in secondary education and earn my certification to teach business classes. Two years later, I had a plan. Graduate, get married, lead a team on a mission trip to England, move with my husband to New Mexico, get a temporary job and work towards New Mexico certification. Well of course, God wanted me to follow His plan, so He changed it all up. While on our mission trip to England, God closed some doors and opened others. When we came home, we had to look for an apartment. We weren't moving after all. A couple months later, I started working at my church. I took a job that would allow me to use my business skills and as a youth leader also use what I had learned about teaching students. I still work at Solid Rock. I love my job.
But two years ago, when my daughter was born, all my dreams and goals changed. Although my career and ministry is still important to me, all I want to be when I grow up is a good mom. Recently, I heard someone say, "You'll know what kind of a job you've done as a parent when you see what kind of parent your child becomes." That really made me think. I have a lot of habits and behaviors that I learned from my mom, not because she told me to but because she was a major part of my environment. How I treat my husband, how I handle stress, how I worship and pray, how I speak to people...all those behaviors are influencing my children. So when she becomes a mom, will she yell at her kids or discipline them with love and respect? My husband and I have to decide that now, even though she's only 2 and is decades away from being a mom. When my son is a dad, will he spend time with his kids and speak encouraging words to them? Another decision we have to make now, even though he's only 10 months. When I'm a grandma, I want my kids to tell me "thanks for showing me how to be a good parent." I don't think any career goal can top that. And that's finally what I want to be when I grow up.

No, I am not selling the right to name my children on ebay. (Yes, I read about a lady who did that because her husband left her and she was broke. um, there are other ways, honey!)
I recently read about people finding pics of their kids on other websites (weird & scary stories). This made me think about privacy and how to protect my kids' privacy. I don't want to use their real names on my blog anymore. I've already gone back and replaced their names with their first initial. But that gets annoying to read after a while and it just isn't as fun as a cute nickname would be. Some of the nicknames from blogs I read are: Danicakes, Stinkerbell, and Goosey. I'm not going to steal those names because that's rude but also because those names just wouldn't make sense for my kids. But I mentioned those so you know what I'm talking about by nickname. I don't want their nickname to have anything to do with their real name.
I'm looking for blogging nicknames for my kids that:
1. somehow imply or indicate that they are a girl or boy
2. describe their appearance or personality
3. sound cute when you say it out loud

Any ideas? I'm thinking I might get some inspiration at least. You could be the one who names my child!! Of course, you don't win a prize or anything. Just recognition on my blog.

Lately, I read a blog post where a mom found her child's photo on someone else's page (and with a cocaine background!). It's got me thinking about privacy and if I'm protecting my children. I've already posted a copyright statement on my blog, but I realize that not all people respect that. I've also added code so that my photos cannot be right-clicked (and saved or printed). I have to make the extra effort to delete code within each post so that my photos aren't clickable (to enlarge) because then my photos can be right-clicked. If you know how to add a single code to do this, PLEASE tell me. So, I think I've done as much as I can to protect mylsef in that area. The fact that I have pics on facebook has me confused about all my efforts. I need to look at my privacy settings and make some decisions there. I want to share pics with old friends and family, especially those that don't see my kids often. However, I don't want creepy Joe Shmo looking at pics of my kids.
But, my biggest concern right now is the fact that I use my kid's names on my blog. I thought about going back through all my posts and changing their names to initials or a nickname. That would take a long time, so I'm not sure if it's worth the effort. Most blogs I read include their kid's names. But when I came across a few that don't, I wished I had done that all along. However, it's not like I have a huge following and tons of strangers are reading my blog. I decided to sign up for Google Analytics to see what's going on with my blog and maybe that will help me decide if I need to beef up security. I don't want my blog to be impersonal, but I would hate for using their names to end up being a horrible mistake 10 years from now. Lots to think about and learn about.
Sorry for such a boring post. I'm just thinking aloud. If you have any opinions or suggestions, please share them.

Well, of course since I'm married...there are no dealbreakers because there are no deals to be made. But, back in the day, these were my dealbreakers.

5. He was a bad kisser.
4. He smoked.
3. He was shorter than me. (I'm only 5'3'')
2. His bromance got in the way of us spending time together.
and here it comes...the #1 dealbreaker...
1. He was arrested and waiting for his court date to find out if he'd be going to jail.

And yes, all of the above were actual dealbreakers in my dating days. So glad I found my Mr. Right!!!

Nesting for Toddlers?

When I was pregnant with *L*, I did the whole nesting thing. Her room was ready way in advance. I re-organized her drawers and closet several times before she was even born. Since then, I've re-organized things countless times. However, when I was pregnant with *S*, I didn't do much nesting. I think I was just so tired from being pregnant and keeping up with *L*. (She was only 8 months when I got pregnant!) Plus, his room didn't have a lot of room for nesting because the guest bed was in there. I still am not happy with his room. But that's a whole 'nother blog post.
I recently decided that *L* should move into a big girl bed now that she is 2. I'd love to be able to cuddle with her when I put her to bed. And she's already climbed onto the crib rail a couple of times. Fortunately, she tightly hugged the rail both times til I went in and got her down. We already have the guest bed and her crib converts to a full size headboard & footboard. And I can give her crib mattress to *S*. He's still sleeping in a bassinette/minicrib which I am anxious to get him out of. However, just switching beds was not enough of a plan for me. I decided that her new quilt needed to have accessories around the room that matched. I went shopping. My mom had given me money to buy *S* a mattress. But since we didn't need it after all, she said I could use it to buy *L*'s bedding. After choosing a quilt and some decorative pillows, I threw in a wall painting, night light, wall decals...uh oh. I already decided I don't need the matching night light and put that in the bag to return to Target. I have a feeling more will go into that bag as I realize that I don't need to makeover her entire room.
As for the actual work of moving furniture around and getting her room made-over, Aaron has been intentionally stalling. So, I decided I'll just have to do it myself. We still haven't ordered the conversion kit to attach the head/footboard to the bed, so that will have to wait. But I want to get everything else done. That probably won't go as planned either. Once I start moving bookshelves and dressers, I'll probably realize it would be easier to wait for Aaron to move the big stuff. But maybe my nesting insticts will kick in and I'll get it done.

I can't really make this "wordless" because I need to ask you to do something to help people in Haiti. I purposely didn't choose a picture of hurting people because my heart just can't take it anymore. But you can see the devastation in this picture. The people of Haiti need your help. There is a wonderful organization that runs the Real Hope for Haiti Rescue Center that feeds and houses malnutritioned children. Their building was damaged and the children are all having to sleep outside. They are also trying to help people who were injured in the earthquake. Licia, who runs the rescue center, just sent her 3 sons to live with her brother in Washington because they were having such a difficult time dealing with everything that is happening. She is also expecting a baby in August! Her husband is Haitan and his sister, who is pregnant, is going to have both her legs amputated. He still has not found many of his friends. Please pray for their family and their rescue center. If you are able to help the Rescue Center financially, they have a Paypal button on their blog or you can mail them a check. You can also text HAITI to 90999 to donate $10 to the American Red Cross. It will be added to your phone bill. Please pray for the many needs in Haiti and do something to help.

Re-thinking my blog...again

So, I haven't been blogging regularly like I used to because I'm rethinking the purpose of my blog again. A couple of months ago, I started reading people's blogs and got really motivated to start my own. I didn't really know what I wanted to write about so I found inspiration from others and came up with a topic for each weekday. However, that eventually became a chore. I felt like sometimes I was writing just because I was supposed to and not because I wanted to. Also, I sometimes feel like I don't have time to blog and do other things I want to focus on. So, I'm trying to figure out how to use my blog to help me accomplish some other things. For example, I want to start the Project Life kit by Becky Higgins. A blog I read, The Mom Creative, will be doing a link up on Tuesdays where people can link their blogs to show off their pictures for the week. I'm excited because my blog will actually be helping me to do something that's important to me...documenting our family life through pictures. I'm hoping to use my blog to keep track of milestones in my kid's lives, too. *S*'s baby book is still empty and *L*'s is done up to the first year (she's 2 now). I know there are some things I can go back and look at from my blog. So, I'd like to make that something intentional from now on. I also want to have record of the funny stuff that happens in life. Helene has a hilarious blog where she often writes about the funny stuff her kids say and do. She has 2 sets of twins, so you can only imagine. She could publish her blog into a book and it would sell like crazy! So, I'm still cooking up my blog ideas. Any suggestions for other ways to use my blog to help me be an organized working mom with great photos and memories of my family? For those of you that blog, how do you use your blog to help you accomplish goals that you have?

Every day, I check Becky Higgins blog to see if their Amazon store is ready so I can order it. It's frustrating to wait. However, the point of Project Life is to take a picture every day. And since I don't have the kit, I haven't been motivated to take pics. I've only taken pics one time...of *S* eating and making a mess. So, I've got to start clicking away so I have pics to put in my kit once I finally get to order it. Then, I'll start posting my pics on Project Life Tuesdays to link up with Jessica Turner.

2009 was a great year.
I've read some great blogs recapping the last year. I decided I should do the same, at least for my own reflections. I didn't blog often until later in the year, so my recap isn't going to be as thorough as some others'. Here goes...

January- I had one post that summed up the whole month. Last year, we rang in the new year on the San Antonio Rivewalk, just me and my wonderful husband. This year, we're celebrating with a quet evening at home while our 2 babies sleep soundly in their rooms.

Febraury- I was getting adjusted to life with a toddler.

March- I was 8 months pregnant, therefore not too comfortable.

In April, I was 9 months pregnant and just wanted to sit on the couch or sleep. On April 30, my precious little boy was born. We went from parents to one little baby girls to a family of four. I never imagined how much adding one more child would make a difference. The act of juggling your time and energy between two babies is not an easy one. I don't know how parents of multiples do it. So, I didn't blog during April, May even though it was only my 2nd Mother's Day and I had 2 kids, or June even though I celebrated my 6th wedding anniversary and my 30th birthday.

July- I finally posted the first pics of my son. We went to Albuquerque for 2 family reunions during July 4th weekend.

August- I finally wrote about my 30th birthday (which was in June). And I posted more pics of my cute kids.

September- This is when I got serious about blogging. I found SITS and started reading other blogs. I started posting Wordless Wednesday pics of kids...the first of my little girl's portraits in her PJs. I also made the tough decision of pulling my daighter out of daycare because she was repeatedly being bitten. MiMi (my mother-in-law) started watching her instead.

October- I went on a business trip to San Diego, CA, and I missed my kids like crazy. We visited the pumpkin patch. Now I know not to wait til the last day because all the pumpkins are gone and you just get pics of your kids next to empty crates and rotten pumpkins. My mom was in and out of the hospital and we were relieved when she was finally able to go home and we knew she was gonna make it. *L* started a new "school" (aka Mommy's Day Out). She looked so grown up wearing her backpack and carrying a lunchbox. I almost lost my mind on her first day. *L* dressed up as a fairy for Halloween after mommy decided to make her costume. At 10pm on Oct 30th, I took of to Walmart for tulle, ribbon, and glitter spray to make a cute fairy tutu. Mommy didn't get much sleep that night. Good thing *S* already had a pirate onsie and goes to bed early or I'd have had to make 2 outfits! oh, and I got an iPhone!

Novemeber- My dad turned 70. My grandma turned 90 and we made a quick trip to Salt Lake City for her party. Right before we left, it started snowing. We tried the 3-day method and failed at potty training. Well, I only tried for a week and decided she just wasn't ready.

December- We got cute portraits taken for *S*'s 7 month pic and *LS's 2 year old pic. And we had lots of fun with all the holiday festivities.

2009 was all about the transition to a mom of 2. It was tough, but I survived and learned A LOT about myself and about raising kids. So, 2010...whatever you got...bring it on!

Tuesday Tips: Decorating

Today's stress-free holiday tips are just a few ideas to help you decorate your home without feeling overwhelmed.

1. Get creative so you don’t have to spend a lot of money. Use candy canes on your tree. Use natural décor. For example, grap some twigs from your backyard, tie them together with festive ribbon and add a couple sprigs of holly or mini ornaments. Place on a mantle or bookshelf. Have your kids create some holiday art work. Frame it and hang for seasonal art. Store it with your Christmas decorations and you’ll have keepsake art that can be reused for years.
2. Stay organized. Keep ornament boxes or buy an ornament container with dividers for breakable pieces. If you take down any everyday décor, store it in the containers where you keep your holiday décor. When you take your Christmas decorations down, you can put the usual stuff right back up.
3. Choose a color. Pick one holiday color to use throughout your home. Decorate the tree with red ball ornaments. Fill a glass vase with the same ornaments. Buy everyday red towels instead of splurging on holiday towels. Use red ribbon on glass candleholders to make them look more festive.

I finished most of my Christmas shopping two nights ago from the warmth and comfort of my couch. We decided to do as much online shopping as we could. I’m so glad I didn’t have to fight the crowds. I still have to head to Toys R Us to buy gifts for L and S, but my plan is to go during the week before or after work so it will be less crowded. I also need to go with a list since I won’t have much time to browse. This will help me stick to a budget anyway. I also still need to put together some homemade gifts. But having the bulk of the shopping done is such a relief. Now if I could just get caught up on the rest of my Holiday To Do’s…take a Christmas pic, make Christmas cards, make keepsake ornaments, print gift tags…got a lot to do this week. Oh ya, and plan L’s birthday party!

I decided to make Tuesday Tips a series for the month of December. I know you don't have time to read long blogs. Well, I don't have time write long blogs, either. So, every Tuesday will be just a few tips to help make the holidays less stressful.
Today’s Tips are about Shopping:
1. Try to go on weekdays when there are less crowds. Parking will be easier to find. Salespeople will be friendlier. New inventory usually comes in during the week, not on the weekends.
2. Look for coupons or discounts. Especially if you have a list, you can search for coupons or online discounts for products you want to buy.
3. Stick to your budget. It may seem easy to pull out your credit card to pay for gifts, but this will only create a very stressful January and maybe even February. It’s just not worth it.
4. If shopping online, look for free shipping or shop on websites where you can buy several gifts for one shipping cost.
Have a safe and stress-free shopping experience.

Today's MEme prompt is to write an excuse of why you can't do MEme Monday today. So, here goes...I'm tired. I had a busy but fun weekend. We put the tree up on Friday. On Saturday, we did an outreach with the youth from our church. We gave out coats, socks, and hygience products to people living on the streets. Yesterday was church, which is a work day for me. I'm tired and don't feel like writing much. I think blogging during the holidays is gonna be tough!
